Architectural success at the 2017 Cotswold Mono Salon

05th June 2017
The love of prints is a passion of mine, couple that with monochrome and I’m pretty much sorted. The Cotswold Monochrome Salon, which is part of the British Photographic Exhibitions (BPE), gave me the opportunity to enter eight prints in two different categories, scapes and other.

I received the results recently and I was thrilled to have five of my eight prints accepted into the exhibition, all four in the “others” category and one in the “scapes” category, plus I was lucky enough to two awards from those five acceptances, “Black and White Crossword” was awarded a Silver Medal and “Corridors of Power” awarded a Highly Commended Ribbon”

This is a very pleasing result other than having prints accepted and winning awards, normally architectural images don’t do that well in BPE exhibitions getting two awards and one other architectural image accepted was great result.

Below are the award and accepted images.
